·      WASH 3X DAY FOR 3 DAY WITH HOT WATER + ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP (DIAL GOLD SOAP)

·      APPLY A THIN LAYER OF ANTIBACTERIAL OINTMENT (POLYSPORIN) AFTER WASHING EVERYTIME FOR THE 1ST 3 DAYS

·      AFTER 3RD DAY GENEROUSLY APPLY LOTION EVERYDAY FOR 2 WEEKS

DO NOT SUBMERGE UNDER WATER

• Wash your hands thoroughly before touching or cleaning your piercing.

• Clean twice daily using sterile saline solution or a piercing aftercare spray.

  • You can buy saline wound wash (look for “0.9% sterile saline”) at most pharmacies.

• Soak or rinse gently for 30–60 seconds, then pat dry with a clean paper towel or sterile gauze.

• Avoid alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or ointments—these can delay healing or irritate the skin.
